A lot of people seem a little bit more stressed these days for whatever reason. So, to help you reduce the stress in your own life so that you can enjoy the days of summer, we’re bringing to you once again some of our tips on ways that can help reduce stress!

With the hustle and bustle of life, it’s easy to find yourself a little overwhelmed and a tad bit stressed out. One thing is for certain, stress affects us all at one point in our lives, so don’t ever think you’re the only one. You’re not! So here are a few simple ways that can help alleviate stress in your own life.

Take a bath. No fancy candles are needed, even though it may make the experience more enjoyable. All you need is some warm water, lots of bubbles, and a DO NOT DISTURB sign. After a relaxing bath, you will feel rejuvenated and possible ready to take on the world.

Get a massage. Now, you will have to crack open the wallet for this one, but I guarantee a great massage will be worth every penny. Don’t look at a massage as overindulgence. You work hard and you deserve it! Many spas are offering great deals on 90 minute massages.

Go for a walk. Sounds simple, but you may find that going for a good walk can indeed help you clear your mind.

Exercise. Yes, it’s that dreaded “E” word, but exercising has been proven to be a great stress reducer. Exercise is known to generate hormones like endorphins which induce relaxation. All you need is at least 30 minutes three to five times a week.

Have sex. It’s all about those endorphins again. Sexual activity releases endorphins and other feel-good hormones. Scientific findings have shown that sex helps reduce stress
