“Abstinence is Kool”

Kendra G migrated from a small town in Connecticut destined to be a star. When Kendra G took to the airwaves in Chicago as a radio personality on Power 92, Chicago listeners quickly realized she had great things in store for her. With a natural ability to get and deliver the latest entertainment stories on our hottest celebrities, Kendra G quickly became a force to be reckoned with. She has interviewed countless of celebrities, always exhibiting the class and poise she is known for. Kendra G has clearly demonstrated that she is more than just a pretty face, but rather a young woman on a mission. Kendra G migrated back to the east coast and became a member of 100.3 in Philadelphia where she is the host of “LIVE with KENDRA G.” The move to Philadelphia hasn’t slowed Kendra G down one bit. One of her new missions in life is her “Abstinence is Kool” initiative.

According to the “Abstinence is Kool” website, “Abstinence is Kool” is an initiative that challenges middle and high school girls to take a pledge and say NO to sex for the entire school year. Taking the pledge is a simple process. The girls send an email to iamnotdoingit@gmail.com stating their name, age, school, city, state, and the reason they are taking the pledge. They will then receive a confirmation email confirming they are apart of the initiative for that school year. Throughout the school year, the girls will have a chance to be a part of several fun and exciting activities, including a trip to BET’s 106 & Park!
