Does He Truly Love You?

Some of us are starting the year off wrong by holding on to relationships that we know we should let go of. We know that in our hearts that we deserve better, but we continue to hold on anyway. Maybe we are afraid that we can’t do better. Maybe we are so in love that we just can’t see things for what they are. Or maybe we don’t love ourselves enough to realize that we don’t have to allow anyone to chip away at our soul or allow anyone to hurt us to the core.

I have experienced both ends of the spectrum when it comes to love. I know what if feels like to truly love a man and the love is not reciprocated. I know what it feels like to truly love a man and the man truly loves me back.

When a man truly loves you…..

1. He makes you feel like you are the most beautiful woman in the world, especially in your most insecure moments.

2. He respects your thoughts, your ideas, and respects who you are.

3. He encourages you to go after your dreams.

4. He is your biggest fan; often bragging to his boys about you and about all your accomplishments.

4. He takes care of home first.

5. He makes sure all the bills get paid, especially the cable bill because he knows you love to watch HGTV.
