If you are contemplating having sexual relations with Lil Wayne, then you just might want to insist that the brother use a condom. Let me first say that this article isn’t about Lil Wayne. I’m just using his celebrity status and a certain situation in his personal life to bring an issue to the forefront. So for the record, we are cool “Weezy F Baby!”
If you are keeping up with your favorite gossip site, then you know Lil Wayne became the father to two sons by two different women in the same year. You know the story and you know all the participants involved. So I shall refrain from naming any names, and besides, I don’t want those sistas to think that I am trying to project some negativity their way. That’s not my style. I don’t operate like that. What I want to bring to the forefront is the issue of sistas not insisting on condom usage by their partners.
The fact of the matter is there are so many women who get caught up in a Lil Wayne type situation. And I believe it’s fair to say that in most of these types of situations, women become involuntary participants to a certain degree. Think about it, have you ever heard a woman say, “I want to be among the two, three, or four or so women who have my man’s baby this year? That doesn’t even make sense, does it? That doesn’t even sound right.
I can relate and I can understand how a woman might get caught up in a Lil Wayne type situation. Your man might make you feel like you’re the only one. He might make you feel like you’re the love of his life. But you have to differentiate between was real and what’s fantasy. And what’s real is that you can end up being one of many baby mommas delivering your man’s baby in the same year.
We have this inner voice, this intuition that we like to ignore sometimes, especially when we are in love. But be honest with yourself and put yourself first. If you suspect some cheating going on or if you just want to do the smart thing, make you partner use a condom. There’s no need for you to get caught up in a Lil Wayne type situation. You feel me!
Amen! Mr. Trogan works…if he didn’t I’d have kids by now. lol honestly always been the type who thought she was gonna wait until marriage, but that’s difficult and because sex has always been an “accident season” of my life, and not a lifesytle, I’ve never used any other form of birth control BUT condoms and yes ladies, they work!
I think maybe people think they don’t or something? I just don’t understand? My 21 year-old sister and I are the only females amongst my 5 female cousins age 16-23 not to have kids and she’s a virgin, and I’m not. None of them are married, and none of them are with the father of their children. Sadly, this is a “norm” almost in our community and that shouldn’t be. Not looking down, ’cause BELIEVE, if not for Mr. Trogan, I’d be in the EXACT same boat an then some! All I’m saying is condoms are a LOT less expensive than kids, and 100% more reliable than men most of the time.
I don’t know if my beloved cousins are foregoing such cheap birth-control to “Trap a Man” into staying like a previous article on here stated or what, but seriously, it doesn’t work! Stop having these babies born into relationships that aren’t stable in the first place. If he doesnt’ love you BEFORE the pregnancy, he sure the heck isn’t gonna stay or love u more afterwards. He’ll just resent you…and possibly the child too. Sure lil’ wayne has 4 babie’s momma’s…but who is he committed to on a personal level? If any, most would say his heart belongs to only one of them for real, and not to insert names, but that’s usually Nivea…sorry. That leaves 3 other baby-momma’s without his true affection.
